Focus Awards Level 2 Certificates in Fitness Instructing (Gym-Based Exercise) (Level 2 on the Focus Exercise Professionals register)
The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with the skills and knowledge to a professionally competent level enabling them to plan, deliver and evaluate safe and effective fitness instruction sessions unsupervised via the context of gym-based exercise.
Focus Awards Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (RQF) (Level 3 on the Focus Exercise Professionals register)
This qualification provides the learner with the knowledge and skills required for an individual to work unsupervised as a personal trainer. This includes being able to offer one-to-one training, baseline assessment, nutritional advice and progressive programming which is specific to the individual needs of a client.

Focus Awards Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Active Leisure, Learning and Well-Being Operational Services (RQF)
This qualification is aimed at those learners working in a sport activity environment who work with other staff and customers and for staff who use and maintain equipment and facilities. This qualification will provide learners with the necessary skills, knowledge and competence across areas such as health and safety, supporting teams, providing good customer service and using/ maintaining activity equipment.

The qualification will provide learners with the necessary skills, knowledge and competence across areas including preparing for events, controlling and monitoring spectators and managing conflict appropriately.
Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Understanding Stewarding at Spectator Events (RQF)
This qualification is aimed at those learners who wish to work as a steward at spectator events, including sport events, music festivals, concerts parades or carnivals and covers preparing for spectator events, entry, exit and movement of spectators, responding to potential crowd problems and responding to injuries, illness and other emergencies in active leisure.
